You can return or exchange the order within 7days of delivery of the product. To return and exchange Please mail at email@example.com or contact our customer support.
If you received the Product is Damaged condition during transit time.
If you received the Product is Defective during manufacturing or packaging process.
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?
Please note, La Casa initiates the refund upon successful return pick up and after the returned item has reached us .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your account details for the same) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your bank-statements.
